Kace client reporting wrong IP Address in version 10.0

After upgrade Kace K1000 appliance we started seeing some devices reporting the wrong IP Address. This has affected machines using Wifi hotspots or with multiple network adapters.
The issue will be fixed in version 10.1 of Kace server or by a hotfix available from Quest support - which I have had installed and working.
