When trying to open Outlook Excel attachment it crashes with the error "The file couldn't open in Protected View."

This issue was caused by an Intel grpahics driver update on Lenovo laptops.

Updating to the latest version of the Intel Iris Xe Graphics drivers fixes the issue.
